How much does a B2B website cost in 2026?

A brochure site and a custom B2B build are different jobs. Here are the ranges we actually quote, and the five things that move the number.

“How much does a website cost?” is the wrong question. The right one is: what does this site have to do, on which platform, with how much original content?

Below are the ranges we quoted in 2026 for B2B companies. They assume custom design, not a theme with a logo swap, and they assume you own the code.

Typical project ranges

What you're buyingTypical range
Marketing site, 8–15 pages, WordPress or Webflow$12,000–$28,000
SaaS marketing site with pricing, blog, integrations pages$22,000–$45,000
Rebuild of an existing site with SEO redirects$16,000–$36,000
Custom application (portal, calculator, dashboard)Scoped separately

What actually changes the price

Page count is the obvious lever. The less obvious ones cost more: custom functionality, original copy, and the number of templates (a 30-page site on 4 templates is cheaper than a 12-page site where every page is unique).

Content is the silent budget item. If we write the site, add copywriting. If you have a writer, we still need time to structure pages for search. Migrations add a redirect map and QA that a greenfield build doesn't.

Don't forget these line items

  • Copywriting and SEO content
  • CRM, calendar and analytics integrations
  • Staging, QA and a 30-day post-launch window
  • Hosting and maintenance after launch (monthly)

Fixed price beats hourly for websites

We quote websites as a fixed project. You know the total before we begin. If the scope changes, we write a change order — we don't quietly burn hours. Marketing retainers are separate and month to month.
